Turning on Audio Notification of Recorded Meeting

Per Amy's email on 9/24/20, "please announce that you are about to start recording." Zoom can do this for you automatically.

1. Go to settings in the Zoom web portal
   
   
   

2. Click the Recording tab
   
   
   

3. Turn on "Multiple audio notifications of recorded meeting" (It's
   at the very bottom of the page)
   
   
   

Now you and all your participants will hear "This meeting is being recorded" whenever you start recording.
