Allowing Students to Access Zoom Recordings

1. In the Zoom Web Portal click on Recordings in the main navigation
   
   
   

2. Click on the recording you want to share
   
   

3. Click the Share button
   
   
   

4. Under "Share this recording" select "Publicly"
   

1. Note: The other options (only authenticated users can view) may work once all students have NPS Zoom accounts.
   
   

5. If you enable passcode protection, show the passcode
   
   
   

6. Copy the passcode and include it when you share the video link with the student.
